Shonda is responsible for many of the front office activities, including supervision of the administrative staff, billing, insurance, claims, and customer service. Shonda is a trained medical assistant who strives to improve with every new challenge.

Impressed with both the model of care and the clinical staff, Dr. Bee acquired Occupational Kinetics in September, 2012. In Dr. Bee’s words, “The best feeling in the world is to have a patient cancel a scheduled surgery because you have fixed their problem.”

Brittani is often the first person you will meet at Occupational Kinetics. While pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management, Brittani manages the reception area, greets patients as they walk in, and handles incoming phone calls.

As a personal trainer, Mike Rowles is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He holds a MS in Exercise Physiology and has been working in the field since 1999. Mike performs functional capacity evaluations and specializes in using exercise to strengthen, stabilize, and improve overall fitness and endurance for clients of Occupational Kinetics.

For Dr. Siepler, the pursuit of helping people get out of pain, reducing risk of injury, and the prevention of major surgery is what drives him to be his best. Dr. Siepler studied exercise science at Hanover college, then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic.

Calvin is an ASTYM certified occupational therapist, a personal trainer, and skilled functional evaluator who has been with Occupational Kinetics since 2001. Calvin’s specialties include manual therapy, industrial rehabilitation, ergonomics and Kinesiotaping.

Erin Grigsby began working with Occupational Kinetics in 2008 after acquiring her training at the prestigious Connecticut School of Massage Therapy. Erin is a Licensed Massage Therapist with training in Kinesiology as well as many modalities of massage.
